Dreams

Dreams have captured the imaginations and attention of philosophers, scientists, rulers and average citzens since history began.
What are Dreams? Dreams remain an awesome mystery. They can be trite or serendipitous they can be frightening, structured and even calming and they can be all of these at once. Which makes you wonder what they're really about.
Are they visions of an inescapable future? Insights into your emotional state? Warnings of possible disasters? or discarded thoughts that your brain no longer has room to store?

Researchers are investigating all of those possibilites and responding with many different theories. Some say that no evidence exists to prove that dreams have any point at all.
But most people find it hard to believe that we dream for no reason. They offer other possible purposes for dreaming, including the following.
Dealing with stresses in your life.
Preserving your mental and physical health.
Storing new skills and information.
Getting rid of superfluous information.
Leading you toward spirtual growth.
Receiving intuitive messages.
Obviously, the brain remains active even while the body is getting much-needed rest. Although no one can prove whether dreams are merely a last look at unwanted mental garbage, a way to work out deep-seated emotional issues, or a first glimpse at important information that is carefully stored for future references. It appears that certain types of dreams transcend the everyday. In fact, certain dreams appear to hold keys to the past, present and future realities and when they do, we call them psychic dreams.

Learn to Mediate to advance your psychic abilities

Close your eyes. Breathe in deeply, letting the air fill your abdomen. Breathe out slowly. Repeat this five deep, full breaths. Quiet and centre your concentration on the breath flowing into and out of your body. Feel your heart beating. Now I want you to imagine a ball of your favorite color. In your mind's eye, see this ball of color floating over your head. With each inhale, see the ball of color move closer to you. See the ball of color sliding down and filling your head. As the color fills your head, it relaxes your nerves and not to mention your muscles. Feel the folor relaxing your scalp, forehead, brain, ears, cheeks, and also your tongue. Feel the color filling and relaxing your neck and your throat. Let the folor move down into your shoulders and relax them. It fills and softens your arms, elbows, forearms and wrists. Feel your chest relax with your rib cage, lungs and heart. The abdomen and down your back along your spine let your body go with the flow with the color. Feel the peace through your whole body as you concentrate on your color. Stay like this and feel calm and let your mind take all your worries away, continue to breathe exhale in and exhale out. Let the color fade slowly with each exhale when you are ready - feel relaxed and energized. when you are done, open your eyes. Did any pictures in your third eye come to you or any type of thoughts you hadnt thought about appear. Write them down in a diary as previously mentioned your guide gives you messages in really weird places.

How to see an Aura

To begin to see auras, you can first train your eyes to see under ideal circumstances. For example, many people find it easiest to learn when the person whose aura they're trying to see stands against a blank, white wall. Also, auras are most vivid around the head, so that's the best place to look for a person's aura.
Here is a little exercise.
get into a relaxed position in a dark room. Leave the lights out, dont worry if a little amount of light can come into the room.

Hold your palms up about 8 inches in front of your face. Hold them facing each other, about 1- 5 inches apart. Look at the wall behind your hands, avoid foucsing directly on your hands. Move your hands in towards each other and back out. (if you try clapping), increase the space, and then decreasing the space. do you notice any energy building up between your hands? you might see a light or feel of pulsing or tingling sensation. This is uric or energy field.
Now outstretch your arm to chest level and turn your palm up as though carrying a tray of some sort. Place the opposite hand about 10-12 inches about your forearm, with your palm facing down. Slowly move your hand closer to your arm. Did you notice any feeling or sensation in your hand. does it change as you get closer to your arm?
When you're seeing your aura, you'll relize that it is made up of different sorts of colors. Most people emit certain colors that predominate in their aura's, and yet these colors can change with their moods. If you do see a color - look the color up in a book or the internet under aura's. The color will tell you what it represents, maybe you are expressing this color or someone you know. Example if you know someone that is happy, the color might tend to have a right yellow aura, but it could momentarily change to red if the person becomes angry. Someone else might have a red aura, suggesting that the person is often angry. If someone's aura has dark spots in a specific area, it might show that the person has a illness in that area. It's a matter of having patience when learning aura's and learning what the colors represent.

Opening up to your guides

We are told that we were born with a guide who is with us thoughout our lives, some have additional guides who come to help them in specific lessons they need to learn or with a project they want to accomplish.
In day to day lives, we all have problems, some people ask why me others are able to accept it and move on.
